National and state speakers will provide an overall understanding of Citizen Corps programming and inspire local communities to establish or enhance programs in their area at this one-day meeting sponsored by Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management and hosted by Tulsa Mayor's Citizen Corps.

There is no registration fee and the attendees traveling more than 60 miles may be eligible for complimentary hotel accomodations.
