Volunteers in Police Service

Volunteers play an essential role in supporting the Tulsa Police Department. The partnership between volunteers and the members of the police department enables professional law enforcement personnel to focus on one of their most important jobs- keeping our communities safe.

Volunteers perform a wide variety of tasks, including working with the Family Violence Unit, the Animal Shelter, Police Records and much more.

If you are the kind of person who likes to get involved in your community, if you have computer skills, if you want to help people, VIPS may be the program for you.
